Quote of the Day

If we have a system where the president can pick and choose which laws to follow, at utter whim and discretion, then the whole rest of our constitutional structure becomes superfluous.

–Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)

And ya know… He’s right. Couple that with John Marshall — if a law doesn’t comport with the Constitution, it is null and void. You get…

If the entire government does not comport with the Constitution, how are We the (little) People obliged to obey any of its diktat?

  1. “That’s a FACT!” How do you know when this administration is lying to us? I have known for years that every statement they make is a bald faced lie. Total fabrication, purely for gaining political advantage. They claimed that the unemployment rate was below 8%, right before the November elections. Total lie! Benghazi attack? Because of a video. Really! Now they are claiming that over 6 million people have signed up for Obamacare! And that’s a FACT! The Washington Post has called them out on this whopper. They could find evidence of 380,000, slightly less than 6 million. When they give you a number that you suspect is bogus…you know absolutely it’s a LIE when they claim “That’s a FACT!” These scumbags have ZERO credibility, but the good news is that the media is starting to come around.
There HAS to be accountability from these people. Calling us racist for calling them liars is getting very old. They have fooled a lot of people for a very long time, but as Mark Twain said, “It is easier to fool the people than to convince them that they’ve been fooled.”
